Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NanoCraft Depot. Since our products are made to order and produced in resin, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Returns & Refunds (Made-to-Order Items)

All miniatures are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or change of mind.

Examples of non-returnable / non-refundable reasons include:

  • You no longer want the item

  • You ordered the wrong model, set, or version

  • You expected a different size without checking the scale notes

  • You do not like the sculpt/style after delivery

If you have any questions about sizing, scale, or model details, please contact us before ordering.


2. Damaged Items in Shipping

We pack all orders carefully, but resin parts can still be damaged during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

What we will do:

  • If the damage occurred during shipping, we will provide a free replacement part (or a replacement miniature) at our discretion.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we may offer a partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Important:

  • We do not refund for damage claims submitted after 48 hours.

  • We may request additional photos before approving a replacement.


3. Missing Items

If your order is missing parts or items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will ship the missing piece(s) at no additional cost once verified.


4. Defects / Print Quality Issues

We strive for consistent quality and inspect prints before shipping. However, due to the nature of resin 3D printing, small marks may occur.

The following are considered normal and do not qualify as defects:

  • small support contact marks

  • minor surface texture

  • slight seam lines

  • minor sanding/cleanup required

  • slight variations due to curing process

If you believe your item has a major defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If approved, we will provide a replacement or resolution.


5. Returns for Incorrect Items (Our Mistake)

If you receive the wrong model, version, or set due to our error:

  • We will provide a replacement at no cost

  • We may request return of the incorrect item

We will cover all costs in cases where the mistake is ours.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once printing has started, we cannot cancel the order.


7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
