Welcome to NanoCraft Depot (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us permission to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services

NanoCraft Depot sells physical resin miniatures and printed models. Unless stated otherwise:

  • Products are unpainted

  • Many products are unassembled (multi part prints)

  • STL files are not sold or included

We may update product listings, images, and descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Made to Order Production

Many of our products are produced made to order. Production times may vary depending on:

  • order volume

  • model size and complexity

  • seasonal demand

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

4. Custom Printing (Print My STL)

If we offer custom printing services (“Print My STL”):

  • You must own the file or have the right to print it

  • You are responsible for ensuring the file does not violate copyright or licensing restrictions

  • We reserve the right to refuse any file for any reason

We do not sell, share, or distribute customer submitted STL files.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in [USD] unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times shown are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or carrier issues. Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS/UPS/FedEx

  • customs processing (international orders)

  • incorrect address information provided by the customer

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our return and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

9. Product Use Disclaimer

Our models are intended for hobby use, tabletop gaming, collecting, and display.

Resin miniatures can contain:

  • small parts

  • sharp edges

Keep out of reach of young children. NanoCraft Depot is not responsible for injuries or misuse.

10. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to display product photos, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However:

  • product colors may vary between screens

  • sizes may vary due to scaling, curing, or model design

Small variations are normal for resin printing and are not considered defects.

11. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All product names, branding, images, and content on this site are the property of NanoCraft Depot unless otherwise stated.

We sell physical prints produced under valid commercial licenses from independent creators where applicable. Unauthorized reproduction or copying of our content is prohibited.

STL files are not included with purchases.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or its content:

  • for unlawful purposes

  • to violate copyrights or licensing agreements

  • to submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt service

  • to collect customer information without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoCraft Depot shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
