Thank you for shopping with NanoCraft Depot. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle production, processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Made-to-Order Production
Most of our products are made to order. This means your miniature is printed after your order is placed to ensure consistent quality.
Production Time
Typical production time is:

3–10 business days
Production time may increase during busy seasons, large releases, or high order volume.
2. Processing & Handling
Before shipment, all miniatures go through the following steps:

support removal

cleaning and curing
-
quality inspection
-
secure packaging
Some models may ship in multiple parts (arms, wings, weapons, etc.) to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Shipping Locations
United States
We ship within the United States.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on destination and carrier availability.
Buyers are responsible for:

customs fees

VAT/import taxes

local delivery charges (if applicable)
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical shipping times after dispatch:

US orders: 2–5 business days (varies by state and carrier)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

the customer is responsible for reshipping fees

refunds (if applicable) may be issued minus shipping costs
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order enters production or is shipped.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS/UPS/FedEx

weather conditions

carrier disruptions

holidays
-
customs processing (international)
Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

check with household members/neighbors

contact your local carrier/post office

contact us and we will assist where possible
9. Damaged Packages
We pack miniatures carefully, but resin can be fragile.
If your package arrives damaged:

contact us within 48 hours of delivery

include your order number
-
include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box
If approved, we may provide replacement parts or a replacement item.
